	* Version 1.6c, uploaded Jan 25, 2010, to fix some Windows issues.  Now the .bat files RVLSetServer.bat, RVLStartServer.bat, RVLKillServer.bat, RVLInstallServer.bat and RVLUninstallServer.bat now work properly when the .bat files are chosen to "Run as administrator" in Windows Vista or Windows 7.
