To ask a questions or report a problem, please email techsupport@revisionfx.com. Please include the following in your email:

• RE:Vision Effects product name
• operating system (Mac OS, Linux, Windows or Irix, and which version number)
• which host application you are using (for example, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, etc)
• if possible, please send along a sample project and short image sequence demonstrating the problem
