Version 3.1.6 fixes a bug that can cause RE:Flex to crash or exhibit unexpected results when using boundaries.

* 64 bit Linux version is in public beta. Support for 64b Burn added. To use in interactive mode on a 64 bit Linux system, try it before you buy it.
